Educational Qualification (Post-Wise)

• OIC Polyclinic: Retired Service Officer

• Medical Specialist: MD / DNB

• Gynaecologist: MS / DNB

• Medical Officer: MBBS

• Dental Officer: BDS

• Nursing Assistant: GNM / Diploma

• Physiotherapist / Lab Tech / Pharmacist / Dental A/T/H: Relevant Diploma

• Clerk / IT / DEO / CIK: Graduation / Diploma

• Driver / Peon / Safaiwala / Chowkidar / Groundsman: 8th Class + relevant experience

Experience

• Minimum 02 to 06 years post-qualification / service (post-wise).

• Doctors generally require 03 years experience.

• Many paramedical and support posts require 05 years experience.

• Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates are given preference.

• Relevant registrations (Medical Council, Pharmacy Council, etc.) are mandatory where applicable.

• ESM candidates must submit PPO / Discharge Book.

Salary / Remuneration

Fixed monthly remuneration varies by post:

• ₹21,600 – ₹21,800: Safaiwala, Peon, Groundsman, Chowkidar, Female Attendant

• ₹25,600: Driver

• ₹29,200 – ₹36,500: Clerical, IT, Paramedical roles

• ₹55,000 – ₹95,000: Dental Officer, Medical Officer

• ₹1,30,000: Medical Specialist / Gynaecologist

Age Limit (as on Application Date)

• 53 Years: Non-medical & support staff (Peon, Driver, Safaiwala, IT, CIK, DEO, etc.)

• 56 Years: Paramedical posts (Nursing Assistant, Pharmacist, Lab Tech, Physiotherapist)

• 63 Years: OIC Polyclinic & Dental Officer

• 66–68 Years: Medical Officer & Specialists

Selection Process

• OJT (On-Job Training) for OIC and Medical/Dental Officers (initially without pay)

• All posts are purely contractual

  • Civil candidates: 11 months

  • ESM candidates: 1 year (renewable)
